Walmart’s Golden Ticket is more than just a win—it’s a powerful endorsement of innovation, quality, and American entrepreneurship. Awarded during the retailer’s annual Open Call event, this recognition is part of Walmart’s commitment to supporting products that are made, grown, or assembled in the U.S. For small businesses, it opens doors to mentorship, shelf space, and national exposure.
Out of thousands of applicants, two standout peanut-based brands—Mission MightyMe and Marimix—earned Golden Tickets, securing the opportunity to bring their products to shelves across Walmart and Sam’s Club.

Mission MightyMe: Nutty Puffs with a Purpose
A brand on a mission to end food allergies through early allergen introduction, was selected from over 600 pitches at Walmart HQ in Bentonville. Their product, Nutty Puffs, will officially launch in Walmart in 2026. The team expressed heartfelt gratitude to Walmart for believing in their mission and partnering to help children lead healthier, happier lives…and safely put peanut butter & jelly back on the menu for kids across America.
Marimix: Crunch-Baked Snacks & a Comeback Story
Marimix, known for its delicious crunch-baked snack mixes, received its Golden Ticket from Sam’s Club in a moment filled with emotion and reflection. Founder Mari Fassett, who survived a near-fatal brain aneurysm, used feedback from over 5 million snack samplers to create better-for-you options. This win celebrates resilience, second chances, and the growing demand for nutritious snacks and healthier alternatives.
