Peanut Butter Banana Chia Oat Bar

Ingredients

1 cups oatmeal

½ cup ground flax meal

¼ cup chia seeds

¼ cup brown sugar, packed

¾ teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 tablespoons oil

1/2 cup applesauce

1 egg, beaten

1 medium banana, mashed

½ cup dried cranberries or other dried fruit

½ cup peanut butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Mix dry ingredients, oatmeal through cinnamon together. 
  3. In a separate bowl, mix vanilla through banana together. 
  4. Heat peanut butter for 30 seconds in microwave, until pourable. 
  5. Mix all ingredients together. 
  6. Bake in a 9×9 pan for 20 minutes.
