For Baby: Peanut Butter Green Smoothie Popsicles

Ingredients
1 cup spinach
1 tablespoon peanut butter
½ cup frozen mango chunks
1 small banana
3 tablespoons milk (or formula, breast milk or water)
Directions
Suggested Age: 5+ months
In a blender, mix together spinach, peanut butter, mango, banana and liquid. Pour green smoothie into popsicle molds; freeze until solid.
NIAID recommends introducing peanut foods to infants as early as 4-6 months to help prevent a peanut allergy.
